On my previous slicktops, I ran with ST sway bars and the steering response was crisp and tight. This time around, I decided to install stock TT sways with ES bushings. The steering is still tight, but you can tell there is more give, and in many scenarios I find it actually helps keep my tires planted where the ST/Stillen sways might be so tight the wheel can leave the ground, or weight is shifted enough to allow a slip in traction. I always had my ST sways set in the middle setting. According to the writeups, this offered the best preload, although I never messed with changing the other settings much to see how differently it would perform. There is a lot of adjustability throughout the entire suspension, and I'm sure a fully-tuned setup would perform much better than my amateur setups did. I plan to install the Powertrix end links on the stock sways to see what kind of adjustment I can get out of them, but honestly I'm nowhere near as gung-ho as I was about stiffer sways years ago. I'm pretty content with the performance of the stock tt sways for my dd/weekend warrior driving.
